Kiki Fisher: Pacific Northwest, United States; When a storyteller stood before us as children, the first thing she requested was silence. She threw her voice, holding us still and slowly released her tale. I watched, ensnared by the life that blossomed from words. Before I could write, my stories showed up in shapes. And I promised myself that when words made their way, I would write and write like my life was at stake! Now I am living my dream. A little about me: I was born to an American mother and my father is Nigerian. Lagos is the first place I called home and now the PNW has my heart. I write short stories, poems, songs, and my novels tend to focus on this strange thing called life, and the wickedly awesome things we do. I recently completed my first book, Bottom Dwellers, and am still shopping publishers.(Sigh) I am a lover of all things lovely, and a married mother of four plus a dog named Jack.
